Description
This well-appointed Skanlux activity house simply contains everything the heart can desire in terms of activity and development opportunities. The house is also suitable for family birthdays, confirmations, weddings and corporate events. And if you are very many, you have the opportunity to also rent one of the neighboring houses, which are also well equipped and furnished with many bedrooms. The large pool area contains a large swimming pool with counter-current system, underwater light and water slide, a sauna, a bathroom and a large whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. In the activity room, some can enjoy themselves at the bar, while others play a game of billiards at the pool table. Here you can also watch movies on DVD or challenge each other in table tennis, darts and table football or compete in various electronic games on Playstation4. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping areas. Each sleeping area has a bathroom, in addition there is an extra bathroom in the swimming pool area.
The single beds can be pushed together into a double bed. The dining / living area is tastefully decorated with stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, sofa area and wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, 2 separate ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee machines and 2 dishwashers. The house has 9 bedrooms and 2 large and spacious sleeping lofts. There are box spring mattresses in all rooms and on the lofts. The house is heated by an energy-saving heat pump. Large, open sun terrace and covered terrace with barbecue - perfect for a cozy barbecue evening with family and friends. \ Be aware that the operation of the pool as well as the use of the upstream facility, sauna and spa leads to increased consumption of electricity and water. Depending on the season and use, a consumption of approx. 20 & # 8211; 30 Euro per day. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Zustand ist sehr gut, einzig die Dusche im Poolbereich ist etwas schimmelig, was der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit geschuldet ist. Die Gesamtausstattumg ist sehr gut. Wir sind mit 9 Personen angereist. Mit 18 oder gar über 20 Personen ist es wirklich eng, aber sicher machbar.Die Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten sind super, aber auch hier… mit mehr als 15 Leuten sicher herausfordernd.

Der Allgemeinzustand und die Ausstattung des Hauses waren einwandfrei. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort, mit einer größeren Gruppe. Auch die Sauberkeit ist lobenswert.
