Description
1st row. Luxurious cottage in the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf located directly by freshwater lake with boat bridge and own canoe (use at your own risk). A bright and inviting living room (carpet from 2014) awaits you with large windows and beautiful views of the lake, wood burning stove, satellite TV, DVD player and music system. The small wellness area (with underfloor heating) has a 2-person whirlpool with relaxing water and air massage as well as a sauna for 4 people. In the open kitchen there are i.a. ceramic hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave, etc. In summer, the large, partially covered terrace invites you to relax and possibly prepare dinner on the grill.
The house canoe can be used freely, the boat is not part of the rent but can be used at your own risk / insurance. There are 2 parking spaces on the plot. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

Neu-Seeland 25 hat eine gute, moderne Ausstattung in tadellosem Zustand. Das Grundstück ist direkt am Wasser. Für meinen Geschmack ist die ganze Siedlung zu dicht aneinander gebaut. In der Nebensaison war es schön, aber bei voller Belegung im Sommer ist das sicherlich störend.
Empfehlungen:
Den Deich und die Spielscheune kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Für den Ort Otterndorf sollte man Fahrräder dabei haben.
