Apartment located almost directly on the water on the beautiful island of Usedom. The apartment has an area of approx. 40 m² and is located on the ground floor. It is perfect for up to two guests who value and seek peace and relaxation and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the large terrace (approx. 20 m²), where guests can relax and enjoy the sun or the extensive possibilities. On the large and well-kept waterfront property, guests have access to a new jetty and the water, which they share with other guests. Here you can go fishing, hiking, swimming, and horseback riding or take beautiful boat trips. The island has a beautiful coastline and beach area 40 km wide with beaches that are usually up to 100 m wide and offer many opportunities for swimming and lounging. The island of Usedom is located in Eastern Pomerania and is the second largest island in Germany after Rügen. With an average of 1917 hours of sunshine per year, Usedom is the sunniest region in Germany and therefore a great holiday destination. In addition to nature, Usedom also has a lot to offer in terms of history, sport, and culture and can therefore be visited outside of the summer months. In the town of Usedom you will find many cosy street cafés and shops as well as all kinds of nightlife options. The famous seaside resorts of Usedom – such as Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin – are only about 20 km away. In short, a visit to this wonderful island and this beautiful and excellently located holiday apartment is a guarantee for a successful holiday.

Accomodatie: goed. Schoon en netjes. Hele aardige mensen. Minpunt: er wordt gesuggereerd dat je aan het water zit. Dat is dus niet zo, want je zit in een appartement een stukje verderop. Misschien dat er ook vermeld moet worden dat je daar wel mag zwemmen, hoewel de stroming daar erg sterk is, maar niet mag vissen. Er is een kilometer verderop wel een klein strandje waar je kunt zwemmen. Verder vind ik het vervelend (maar dat is persoonlijk) dat ik een dag na aankomst mail van Belvilla krijg of ik het adres wel makkelijk kon vinden. Onnodig, dat kan ook wel in deze beoordeling worden behandeld. Met vriendelijke groet, J.R. Schoonbeek
