This well-appointed 2-storey holiday home in Scandinavian style is located in the 2nd row approx. 50 m from the beach in Wackerballig. On the beautiful and practical covered terrace on the 1st floor, the so-called loggia, you can extend the summer evenings. From the living room there is access to the terrace of 30 m & # 178 ;, where you can spend many wonderful hours. The house is built so that there is also a view from the houses in the second row to the water and the beach, which is located on the other side of the beach road. Not for rent to youth groups. The house is modernly decorated and the bright, wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings give the house a bright atmosphere. The open kitchen and living room with the large windows are beautifully connected by a beautiful granite cooking island with ceramic hobs and oven.
In the living room, on cool evenings you can sit in front of the TV with satellite dish with Astra reception and DVD player with a good book and enjoy the warmth of the cozy wood stove. Air conditioning is installed in the living room, kitchen and dining area. In addition, there is a pantry of 5 m & # 178 ;. After a long day in the beautiful nature, you can also relax and relax the sore muscles with a water massage in the whirlpool or a trip in the hot sauna. Gas is settled in m & # 179 ;. Nearby there are many sights and leisure activities you can experience, including you can experience the beautiful nature on long walks or bike rides. Finally, you can wait in the nearby restaurant and enjoy the view from the terrace over Geltinger Bucht. Also visit the Water Palace in Glücksburg or the museum harbor in Flensburg. A visit to the Science-Center Phänomenta is an experience for the whole family.

Allgemeinzustand ist gut. Grundstück und Lage ist sehr gut. Ausstattung innen ist gut. Außen fehlen ein paar Liegen oder Relaxegartenstühle. Eine Liege ist vorhanden, ist aber für 6bis 7 Personen zu wenig. Der Sonnenschirm ist eine Zumutung. Daher meine Bitte an den Eigentümer in dem Bereich dringend nachzubessern. Fazit ein sehr schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage.Grüße Peter
Empfehlungen:
Kappeln, Flensburg und ein Sprung nach Dänemark sind zu empfehlen. Das Naturschutzgebiet Geltinger Birk ist ebenfalls einen Ausflug wert. Es gibt viel zu Erkunden.

Die Lage sehr gut,man hat viele Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen oder mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. Ein Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht vor allem in der Küche. Der Nachteil,es ist sehr hellhörig im Haus. Im großen und ganzen war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
