Description

Only 50 m from the water: exclusive thatched roof house with its own sauna, plunge pool and sunbed with anti-depression lamp for light therapy. The fantastically beautiful property is located directly on the Jabelsche See, about 10 kilometers from Waren. A rowing boat is included in the rental price and wonderful hiking trails invite you to an active holiday in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. You are also welcome to bring your own boat and attach it to the in-house jetty with a bathing ladder (approx. 50 m). Highlights include: 1 rowing boat.

Für älter Menschen ist das Haus nicht geeignet es geht eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe nach oben . Die Duschen funktionenieren spärlich, die Terasse muss jeden Tag gesäubert werden. Wenn es nass ist, muss man wegen Rutschgefahr auf der Terasse ebenfalls aufpassen. Ausstattung war super. Was ganz schön heftig ist am Ende die Kaution Abrechnung. Man Zahlt für Wasser, Abwasser, Strom und Heizung warmes Wasser zusätzlich Extrakosten.....

Das Haus wurde einst liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist noch heute lobenswert, Leider kommen die Dinge in die Jahre,was normal ist, Es wird jedoch nicht hochwertig nachbeschafft
