It is not far to the sandy beach and the harbour, from where you can start a trip to the mudflats or relax in a beach chair while doing nothing. Activities in the area: The area is ideal for long walks or bike rides on the dike. A cruise is of course an essential part of your North Sea holiday. If you don't want to go deep-sea fishing (from Dornumersiel, about five miles), you can take a day trip to Baltrum Island instead.
