Description

Penthouse waterfront apartment on the waterfront in Marina Wendtorf. From the living room and the roof terrace you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the small Baltic Sea harbor, which is protected by a headland. Thanks to the binoculars, which are set up in the apartment, you can view the many sailboats and the ship traffic that sails to and from the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. If you want to watch the world's biggest sailing event, Kieler Woche, which usually takes place the last whole week in June, you have the perfect starting point here. The apartment has a combined kitchen / living area with access to the large roof terrace. There are three bedrooms, each with its own flat screen and double bed. In addition, there is a smaller bathroom with sauna and a larger one with whirlpool, double shower with steam bath function and separate toilet. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

The large bathroom is in open connection with one bedroom. In the living room there is Blu-ray player and music system with CD player and MP3 connection for entertainment. On the nearby isthmus, Bottsand, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can choose between textile beach and nudist beach. Feel the maritime atmosphere while strolling an evening stroll on the harbor or enjoy the evening atmosphere from your terrace or balcony, if you do not prefer to relax in the living room, while the flames from the bio fireplace spread coziness and holiday atmosphere.
