Description
In this activity and wellness cottage you can enjoy the 18 m2 large swimming pool with counter-current system and water slide right from the morning. Afterwards, you can relax in the hot tub and sauna and recharge your body. Ready for today's challenges, you can have breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen with the large dining table with space for the whole family. The stove provides comfortable heat on cool days. You can of course also enjoy it in the sofa corner in front of the television. Next to the kitchen-living room you will find the activity room with billiard table, table football, table tennis, dart board and PlayStation4, which both young and old can enjoy. In continuation of the activity room, which is also equipped with a bar with a refrigerator, you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. The other three bedrooms as well as a bathroom are located by the entrance hall and then there is an additional bathroom in the pool room.
The single beds can be pushed together into a double bed. The loft with four mattresses and TV will especially the older children will enjoy. On the plot that surrounds the house, the smallest guests with a swing, slide and sandbox have been considered. Due to the size of the house, the price of this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Please note that the operation of the pool as well as the use of the counter-current system, the sauna and the spa entails an increased consumption of electricity and water. Depending on the season and use, a consumption of approx. 20 & # 8211; 30 Euro per day. *** Some houses are still being built in the area and close to the house.
