The house features modern amenities: On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a TV, radio, and CD player, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and other amenities. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and an additional single trundle bed (90 x 190 cm).
