In de omschrijving en in het huisje zelf staat dat er 's avonds na 10 uur geen luide muziek mag zijn, dat het stil moet zijn. Vrijdagavond was aan de overkant van de straat een bruiloft met luide muziek tot 3 uur 's nachts, zaterdag- en zondagnacht was er op 2 verschillende plekken, op ca 200meter afstand, beide avonden een groot feest met luide muziek tot 2 uur 's nachts. 3 van de 7 nachten dus geluidoverlast gehad.
