The proximity to the Baltic Sea (13 km to the Salzhaff, about 30 minutes by car to Heiligendamm and Kuehlungsborn), but also the central location between Wismar and Rostock are an advantage. The apartment is very idyllic and quiet. It is located on the ground floor and therefore offers the possibility to sit outside and relax or to have a nice barbecue.
