You enter this very spacious holiday home for 14 people through the hall with a cloakroom (280m² in total). On the first floor, you will find a spacious, luxurious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining table with plenty of space. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and a connecting bedroom with a double bed and two single beds separated from the double bed by a sliding door. The two spacious bathrooms have a rain shower and a sink. The two separate toilets each have a sink. On the second floor, you will also find a spacious, luxurious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining table with plenty of space. There are two bedrooms with double beds. On the grounds, there is a cozy wooden gazebo next to a campfire area. Here you can enjoy a snack or a drink in the evening, and of course, there is also a barbecue. The property encompasses 1600m² of land surrounding the house, with a lovely large lawn for children to play on or football. There's plenty of space for everyone to have fun. Your holiday home is located in the Elkeringhausen district and is a beautiful historic building steeped in history. Built in 1790 and renovated in 2022, it is a listed building due to its historical significance. Originally a watermill, it has been converted into a modern and luxurious holiday home. Just a 3-minute drive from Winterberg, you have easy access to the amenities and attractions this popular destination has to offer. A nearby children's playground with a lovely pond is within walking distance.
