This beautiful, newly renovated three-room holiday home in 2025 is located in Serams, near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen. The beach is just 3 km away. This beautiful holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people. The house features a comfortably furnished living room, a kitchenette with a pantry, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday home also has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill. Here you can end a wonderful day in comfort with a barbecue or a good glass of wine! Other dream beaches in Baabe or Sellin are just a few kilometers away. From here, you have access to the network of cycle paths. The Granitz hunting lodge, for example, which is clearly visible from afar due to its high location and houses a museum, is one of the island's most popular destinations, along with the Königsstuhl / Chalk Cliffs, Cape Arkona, and the Störtebeker Festival.

„Sehr sauber, freundliche Gastgeber – aber wichtig für Radfahrer!“ Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht – Weinliebhaber sollten z. B. einen eigenen Korkenzieher einpacken. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack recht hart (ist natürlich Empfindungssache). In der Küche gibt es keinen Herd und nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank. WLAN fehlt, und das O2-Netz war teils instabil. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Lage & Umgebung: Zu Fuß und mit dem Auto ist die Lage super. Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten zur Haltestelle „Jagdschloss“, um mit dem Rasenden Roland zu fahren. Großes Minus für Radfahrer: Um zum offiziellen Radrundweg zu gelangen, muss man ca. 2–3 km über die Landstraße fahren. Wegen der rücksichtslosen Autofahrer war das leider ein echtes, gefährliches Abenteuer.
