The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs, oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Bright bathroom with bathing area, shower and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine and a high chair for the little ones. The house has several continuous terraces, some of which are covered with garden furniture, gas grill and solar carts, where dinner can be enjoyed while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
