The house is situated close to a local grocery store as well as a playground for the youngest members of the family. At the beach, there is also the opportunity to take a refreshing swim from the bathing jetty.

The house is furnished with three spacious bedrooms offering wardrobe space, and additionally features a loft with two mattresses. If extra privacy or a quiet retreat is desired, this can be enjoyed in the annex, which was built in 2020.

The home has a large and bright kitchen that is open to the corner living room, allowing those preparing meals to remain part of the conversation with the rest of the family. There are two toilets. From the living room, there is direct access to the house’s lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and keep an eye on activities on the large, landscaped lawn.
