Das Haus war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Küche und Badezimmer waren sehr gepflegt. Haus Recht nah am Strand gelegen. Der Abstieg zum Strand ist sehr steil und der Anstieg ist mit etwas Mut verbunden. Schöner großer Garten mit Fußballtor. Sehr helles Wohnzimmer mit großer Fensterseite. Der Stromverbrauch war leider sehr hoch.
