The garden is fully fenced by trees and shrubs with a small lawn and thus good shelter. There is a terrace to the south and a north-east facing courtyard where there is a large barbecue. In the garden there are various fruit trees that spring out nicely in the spring and bear fruit in late summer, which can be enjoyed freely. There is a garage for the house where there is space for the car or surfing equipment. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
