The house's 10 bedrooms have good box mattresses, and there is also a large and spacious sleeping loft with 6 mattresses and an activity/play loft. There is also a cot.
The house is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, built around two separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom connected to the pool area. In total, there are three bathrooms, all of which have underfloor heating. The house is heated by electric heating and an energy-saving heat pump.
If the weather tempts you to enjoy outdoor activities, there is a huge communal playground about 100 m from the house with an adventure play and motor skills ship as well as spinning, jumping, and swinging equipment. Adjacent to this is a multi-purpose court with several activity options such as basketball, a ball wall, and a soccer field. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the sun and have cozy barbecue evenings.
Utility bills and deposits are paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not available for rental to youth groups.
