This holiday home is located in a quiet area facing Bøtø Forest and close to a lovely sandy beach.
In the pool area you will find an 18 m² swimming pool, a hot tub for 4 people and a good bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Energy-saving heat pumps have been installed. Not rented to youth groups.
In addition, the house has a functional and modern kitchen, combined with a dining and living room, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and heated tiled floor. There is storage space in all rooms. For families with children, there is also a cot and high chair in the house.
The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove and stereo system with CD, smart TV with channels from all over the world, DVD player and free internet.
The house is located on a large plot with a sandbox and swing for the children. For the adults there is a whole 80 m² open terrace to relax on.
