High located on a lovely plot with lawn and with great views over the fjord is this large cottage. The house includes a large, bright living room with wood-burning stove combined with a modern kitchen with dishwasher and all the necessary facilities. There are two high chairs. The living room has direct access to two large terraces of 36 and 25 m². There is both a covered and an open terrace. The covered terrace overlooks the water. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool and sauna. There are playtower with ropes for climbing, slide and a large sandpit.

Combined billiards, table football and airhockey.

Die Größe und Ausstattung, sowie die Möglichkeit in der kalten Jahreszeit auch mal eine Tür schließen zu können, In Dänemark sind zwar die Wohnbereiche sehr großzügig geschnitten, jedoch mit dem Nachteil das man sehr lange braucht um die Räume einigermaßen warm zu bekommen, Im Zeitalter von hohen Energiepreisen nicht mehr so ganz zeitgemäß, Elektronische Heizkörper sind absolut uneffizient und verbrauchen dabei einen Haufen Strom, / Das Haus an sich war hervorragend ausgestattet, sämtliches Equipment ausreichend vorhanden, Der Blick auf den Fjord einfach klasse,
