The house has been modernised and maintained and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, four bedrooms (one in the annex), mezzanine, bathroom with underfloor-heating, guest toilet and open terrace facing south and a sheltered patio between the house and annex.

The living room has an air-to-air heat pump that, along with the wood-burning stove, quickly and inexpensively heats the entire house. The decor is personal, Danish cottage style, tasteful and of good quality. There are, Nintendo Wii and PlayStation3.

The south-facing patio between the house and the annex is the perfect place on warm summer days - sheltered from the wind and completely undisturbed surroundings in magnificent surroundings.
