Approx. 200m from a child-friendly beach is this holiday cottage with swimming pool. The house was partly modernised in 2007.
The pool area has 20 m² pool (1.35 m deep), 6-person prefilled whirlpool, sauna and underfloor heating. The layout of the house makes it suitable for 2 families sharing with e.g. 2 bathrooms of which one is connected to the pool room.

5 bedrooms, all have double beds, and 2 single beds on the mezzanine.
The kitchen has dish washer, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. The large, combined dining and living room has flat screen TV with digital satellite, stereo sound system with CD player, wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace. There is an extra TV in the living room which the kids can use for playing PS4.
5 bedrooms with double beds (single beds you can part). 2 extra beds on the mezzanine.
The house has a large plot for sunbathing, ball games etc. You can also just relax on the terrace. On the large terrace is a grill that you can also use for heating on cooler evenings. On the cooler days you can relax and enjoy the indoor water environment.
For the children are swing, sandpit, trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance) and play items as well as cot and high chair.
On the nearby camp site is a playground and a small grocer.

Tolles Haus es ist alles da was man braucht und wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Für Leute die Luxus extreme Ordnung und Reinlichkeit brauchen werden wahrscheinlich eher rumnörgelnð.Wir als Großfamilie waren aber begeistert auch was natürlich den Preis angeht.Der Besitzer ist super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung ist so einfach wie ich sie niemals erlebt habe.Lage, Grundstück ein Traum.Wir haben fast jeden Abend Feuer gemacht mit Kartoffeln und Stockbrot, Holz gab es genug im angrenzenden Wald.Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder. Empfehlungen: Pizza in Nordborg, der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter Libanese.Spricht gut Deutsch, 8 Leute 8 Pizzen alles super Lecker und mit 11 Euro sehr günstig.Trattoria am Meer ca. 10 km von Nordborg sehr schön aber mit 100 Euro für 8 Getränke leider auch nicht günstig aber man gönnt sich ja sonst Nix

Tolle Lage in Strandnähe, super ausgestattete Küche (wenn auch sehr klein für 10 Leute), gute Zimmeraufteilung, großer Garten, gute Ausstattung. Es war sauber genug, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben - wer es klinisch rein mag, sollte aber ein anderes Haus wählen!

Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die ein oder anderen Pünktchen sollten vielleicht verbessert werden. / Im Garten ist der eine Holzbalken der Schaukel morsch und kaputt. Die Esszimmerstühle genau wie die Badezimmer haben eventuell einen neuen GlowUp verdient, ansonsten war wirklich alles super!
