Description
Holiday home located on a large natural plot with only approx. 700 meters to the beach at Ålbæk / Salling. The house was built in 1969 and is constantly being modernized. The cottage has a good living room with dining area and a separate kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. In the living room you will find i.a.
stereo, TV with international channels and wireless internet. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. Both on the terrace and on the plot there is a good opportunity to find shelter.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Great location, we spotted fallow deer walking through the big garden. The furniture is a bit outdated, but comfortable. The house has got everything you need.
Recommendations:
We loved hiking on the beach from Albaek all the way to Kas Hoved. Looking for fossils along the way, we found some real nice sea urchins. The Dagli Brugsen supermarkt is a five minute drive away and although small has everything you need. Our favorite restaurant is Det Italienske pizzeria og bofhus, located in Skive, a nice town worth visiting.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr strandnah, der Garten großzügig.
Empfehlungen:
Sehr ruhige Lage, strandnah. Vor allem mit Hunden ein perfektes Haus. Schade ist nur, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist.
