The house is located on a quiet, closed road only 200 meters from Gudenåen, which is accessed via path systems. Tenants of the holiday home have free fishing rights along the holiday home area when they have paid the mandatory fishing license (or are exempt from this). Large enclosed cottage plot, surrounded by dense shrubbery and trees on all four sides. On the plot there are several terraces as well as activities for the children in the form of sandpit and swing / climbing frame. A large lawn invites to ball games and play. Via the path system, there is quick access to the area's large common playground as well as to the outdoor swimming pool, which is open and for free use during the summer.
