Well-kept cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large dune plot only approx. 200 meters from the sea in the scenic surroundings at Grønhøj Strand. From the living room there is a nice view of the dune area, while from a high point on the plot there is a little sea view. The house is continuously modernized, most recently in 2008. There is a living room in open connection with the kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. From two of the bedrooms there is direct access to the terraces. The decor is tasteful and modern with solid furniture in Danish style and matching color choices in the decoration. The large windows ensure a nice light in the living room and an unobstructed view.
