The house has tiled floors throughout and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and heat pump, making it suitable for longer stays all year round.

Large fenced plot with an enclosed pond and a spacious lawn with room for play. The house features a closed garden room and a partially covered terrace with access from the kitchen. Within a 10-minute walk, there are dining options and an ice cream shop during the summer months. The area is especially good for trout fishing. The house is not rented out to youth groups.
