Holiday home located in a quiet area approx. 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches on Marielyst. The cottage is furnished with an open kitchen, dining and living room and is bright and well furnished with three good rooms. Bathroom with underfloor heating, and there is also a washer and dryer. The cottage is well equipped with free internet, TV with many Danish, German and Scandinavian channels. There is PlayStation3, swings and sandbox, so there are plenty of opportunities to have fun. From the living room there is access to an unheated conservatory and there is also access to the terrace and garden, where you can grill and have fun. The cottage can be used in all seasons as there is a wood burning stove and oil burner and in addition it is well insulated.

There is also a carport. Large natural plot of approx. 1,300 m2, where you can enjoy the sun and relax on sun loungers. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Hyggeligt, Ã¥bent og rummeligt sommerhus, Dejligt indenfor med havestue til de kolde eller blÃ¦sende dage, Udenfor er der flere kroge, hvor man kan sidde, / Der er alt hvad man kan forvente i et sommerhus, / GÃ¥ afstand til nok SjÃ¦llands bedste og stÃ¸rste strand,

Huset i sig selv hvad godt i top 3 over de ca 20 jeg gennem tiden har lejet, stuen afd var god med gode mÃ¸bler, sove i afd var tilgengÃ¦ld noget vÃ¦rre l,,, da sengene ganske enkelt ikke var til at sove i og i top 2 over dÃ¥rligste senge, jeg mÃ¥tte derfor sove i stuen hvilket gjorde at min svigermor gik hurtigt ind pÃ¥ hendes lille vÃ¦relse, KÃ¸kkenet var fint og i den bedre halvdel dog havde vi et problem med emhÃ¦tten der sugede sÃ¥ kraftigt at den sugede al rÃ¸ger fra brÃ¦ndeovnen ud i hele sommerhuset sÃ¥ min familie mÃ¥tte overnatte pÃ¥ hotel en enkelt nat,har en datter pÃ¥ 3 mÃ¥neder som ikke skulle ligge i al den rÃ¸g
