This beautiful and well-equipped holiday home in Lohals provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Located only about 800 meters from the water, the house offers a wide range of facilities designed to ensure comfort, relaxation, and entertainment for guests of all ages.
The large pool area is one of the highlights of the house and invites you to unwind and enjoy your holiday. Here you will find a spacious swimming pool, a sauna, a shower area, and a large whirlpool with room for 4–6 people. After a day full of experiences, you can relax in the warm spa, enjoy the soothing heat of the sauna, or refresh yourself in the cold-water tub.
The activity room provides plenty of opportunities for fun and friendly competition. Challenge each other to a game of billiards at the pool table, play table tennis, or enjoy a match of table football.
The holiday home is exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed with two separate sleeping areas, making it ideal for multiple families or larger groups traveling together. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom located in the pool area. In total, the house offers three bathrooms, all equipped with showers and underfloor heating.
The 7 bedrooms and the loft area are furnished with comfortable box mattresses. An extra baby cot is also available for the youngest family members. Underfloor heating throughout the entire house ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round.
The large combined dining and living area is tastefully furnished and serves as the cozy heart of the house. Here you will find a comfortable sofa area, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. For families with children, two high chairs are also available.
Outside, the garden offers great facilities for children, including a sandbox and swings. The large open sun terrace and the covered terrace provide the perfect setting for relaxing summer days and cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends.
The security deposit is paid in cash upon arrival to the caretaker on site.
