Description

2-storey holiday cottage located on a large, shared plot in scenic surroundings in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby. Kitchen in open concept with the terrace from which you have direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with whirlpool and access to a small sauna. 1st floor has an extra living room with an amazing panoramic view of the ocean. From here you have access to the balcony. The living room has an energy-efficient heat pump which helps insure a good indoor climate all year. The annex does not have a window, only a small window in the door.

During the summer period there is approx. 300 m to shopping and restaurant.
