Spacious holiday cottage located on a large, enclosed natural plot at the popular Grønhøj Strand. The house was built in 1995, renovated through the years and modernised. Layout with bright living room in open concept with the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine and bathroom with underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. One bedroom has elevation bed. The house is well-equipped and there is a heat pump and wood-burning stove for cheap heating. There is an extra fridge/freezer. Both covered and open terrace surrounding the house. Large, level natural plot with grass with plenty of room for the children to play or you can sunbathe or have barbecues.
