Description
This architect designed holiday cottage is neighbour to a large protected natural area.
The house has a 6,3x2,7x1,35 m swimming pool. The whirlpool and sauna are in the same room. Good layout with 4 bedrooms and a total of 150 m² make good room for the family to play games or just relax. There are several terraces where you can enjoy the sun sheltered from the wind.
The living room has a cosy ambiance, as the wood-burning stove is located in the middle of the room. In continuation of the combined living room is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and microwave oven. Living room and kitchen has underfloor heating.
Limitless internet.
On the large terrace you can keep many cosy barbecues and plan the next day's excursion, for example to nearby Aarhus.

Der Ort Ebeltoft selber ist sehr schön. Die Natur in der nächsten Umgebung auch.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt für 2 Parteien mit jewals max. 4 Personen. Durch die 2 separaten Bäder gelangt man auch in den Poolbereich. Die Küche mit Essbereich liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist durch eine Schiebetür räumlich vom Küchenbereich getrennt. Die Fußbodenheizung sorgt im Herbst für Gemütlichkeit, obwohl das Haus durch den stets geheizten Poolraum auch gut vorgewärmt ist. Einzig eine überdachte Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Wir waren dort zu viert mit Hund und fühlten uns wohl.
