The cottage's living room has large windows that offer sea views and bring plenty of light into the living room and kitchen. In addition to the wellness area, the central gathering point is the living room, which is a large and extremely inviting living space with a wood-burning stove, dining area, and integrated kitchen area. The living room also has a large flat-screen TV, if you can tear your eyes away from the wonderful view revealed by the panoramic windows.
The floor plan also consists of four good bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is located in the same area as the wellness area. While you enjoy splashing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, you can also admire the beautiful coastal landscape that awaits just outside the windows.
The sea view is combined with the smell of salt water and other sensory impressions as you sit on the large terrace and enjoy your vacation.
In 2022, an air-to-air heat pump was installed in the house, as well as an air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool. This makes the house energy efficient and cheaper to heat.
