The holiday home is also an activity center with many hours of entertainment for the whole family, including table football, electronic darts, and PlayStation3 with games. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, thereby reducing consumption.
The summer house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, a radio, free high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer with a frost capacity of 60 liters, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, there is an annex with a bunk bed for two people and a double bed (120x200). Perfect for teenagers, etc., who want to retreat and be themselves.
The house offers several open terraces with good garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. The cottage is also only about 200 meters from the area's large common area with a playground, petanque court, and table and bench sets. Not rented to youth groups.
