There is a utility room and a bathroom with shower. On the covered terrace you can grill and enjoy the view, and in the large garden many good games can be played. There is a trampoline on the plot (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.
