The holiday home was completely renovated in 2019/2020 and is located on a 2000 m2 plot with space for games and ball games. There are soccer goals, a seesaw, a playhouse, and a play tower with a slide.
The family room/kitchen and living room open onto a large, fenced terrace, where there is a garden table set with dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa set with room for cozy gatherings, sun loungers, an outdoor shower (closed from October to April due to the risk of frost damage), and a large outdoor hot tub with room for 8 people. The property also has a carport, from which you can enter the house without getting your feet wet.
Large entrance hall with access to two bright bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with high ceilings and exposed beams, a wood-burning stove, and an air-to-air heat pump. Furthermore, the living room is furnished with a bar and a cozy corner with a sofa area and TV. There is no cable package, but it is possible to stream your own streaming services, etc.
From the entrance hall, there is access to a large kitchen/family room, from which there is access to two further bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, and a large wellness bathroom with shower and spa bath for two people. Utility room with washer and dryer and, last but not least, the heart of the house in the form of the large living area with kitchen, which has room for the whole family.
Throughout the house, there are light Troldtekt ceilings, which help to provide good acoustics in the house.
This inviting vacation home has room for a large family and is within walking distance of the water and Løkken, where there are shopping opportunities, several restaurants, ice cream kiosks, specialty shops, a bowling alley, swimming pool, and more.
