Charming small terraced house with a wonderful view of the Wadden Sea near Havneby. The house is spread over two levels and offers a cozy setting for a holiday close to nature.
On the ground floor, you enter through a small hallway into a practical, well-functioning kitchen in open connection with the living room. Here you will also find a sofa bed that can be converted into two sleeping spaces. The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower and underfloor heating, providing extra comfort on cooler days.
Upstairs, a bright glass bay window allows you to enjoy a fantastic view over the Wadden Sea. This floor consists of a spacious combined bedroom and lounge with two single beds and a double sofa bed. For entertainment, there is a television and a PlayStation available.
In total, there are six possible sleeping places in the house, but due to the relatively compact living area it is best suited for up to four people.
The property is located in a child-friendly holiday area with swings and a small playhouse on a large shared plot of about 3,500 m². From the house you can easily walk to Havneby, where you will find the ferry connection to Sylt as well as fishing opportunities, shopping, and restaurants.
