It is well-equipped with a TV and a very spacious living room and kitchen, two lovely large bedrooms and a huge garden with a lovely wooden terrace.

The outdoor living area completes the rural atmosphere with flowering plants and cosy nooks in the garden, surrounded by trees and bushes. As well as fields and woodland, there’s fishing nearby on the Voer Å, and the house comes with three fishing permits for your free use, so it couldn’t be easier to bait your hook and go fishing.

The house exudes cosiness and offers space for the whole family, including your four-legged friends, and is an ideal base for walking, running or mountain biking in peaceful surroundings.

Shops are just 5 minutes from the house, and within a 20-minute drive you’ll find Sæby, which has a charming town centre with, amongst other things, several good restaurants.
