Fantastic holiday home, partially renovated in 2020, located on a huge plot with a fenced terrace where the little ones can move around freely and safely just 500 meters from the Limfjord at Virksund.
The cottage's garden provides ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several different cozy corners that are ideal for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden.
The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption. The cottage is bright and welcoming and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room.
The living room has modern furniture and a flat-screen TV with both German and Danish channels including TV2. There is a wood-burning stove for a cool summer evening or a rainy fall evening.
The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer with min.
Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There are three bedrooms, all with good quality beds. The house is suitable for two families as there is also a large separate annex with a guest bathroom, utility room with washing machine, dryer and refrigerator plus a room with two single beds.
There are several open terraces with good garden furniture and both gas and charcoal grills where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. Not available for youth and craftman groups.
