Open kitchen/living area for family life with dining and sitting areas, sloping ceilings, exposed beams, and skylights. The living room has direct access to a really beautiful, covered west-facing terrace.
The house also has two good bedrooms and access to a practical sleeping loft/attic from the family room. Up there under the sloping roof, the children can sleep and enjoy themselves playing games or other activities.
The bathroom of the house has beautiful fixtures and a shower cubicle.
The large lawn area next to the house is ideal for ball games or other activities. You can also relax in the sun here. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy quiet summer evenings around the barbecue.
The area is quiet and scenic. Here, the whole family can recharge their batteries. The sea is only a few minutes' walk from the house.
The island of Als offers several interesting excursion destinations, including Danfoss Universe. From here, it is not far to the trading and port city of Sønderborg with its many cafés and restaurants as well as numerous shopping opportunities. Daily necessities and a local bakery are within 5 minutes' walking distance.
