Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand. Die Aufteilung ist schön und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Grundstück liegt wunderschön im grünen mit Bäumen eingefasst, ruhig und im Sommer kühl. Empfehlungen: Djurs Sommerland, Randers Regnskov, Fjellerup Strand, Bonnerup Strand und Hafen, Grenaa, Kattegat Center und vieles mehr!
