The holiday home is energy efficient with an air-to-air heat pump, enabling lower consumption. There is also a charger for electric cars.
The house offers plenty of opportunities for hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is billiards and table tennis (table to place on top of the billiard table). In addition, there is a large flat-screen TV and game console including games (PS3).
The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The house has a panoramic view of the fjord from most rooms in the house.
The kitchen/family room features an induction hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer.
The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with apps, where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, there are German channels via satellite.
Bright and stylish high-quality bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. The house's 4-person sauna is also located here. Guest bathroom of the same quality with bath, shower, and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house.
The cottage has four bedrooms, all with high-quality double beds.
The house offers several open/covered terraces with good garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord.
The large wooden terrace is also home to the house's outdoor luxury hot tub for six people with panoramic views of the fjord. There is also an outdoor shower. Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.
