A wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump have been installed for cooling in spring and fall. The living room opens onto a beautiful, bright conservatory. There is also a master bedroom with a double bed and access to the second bathroom in the house, a room with a double bed, a room with a single bed and two bunk beds. In addition, there is an extension with a double bed and two bunk beds.

The house is located on a natural plot with plenty of space in a pleasant area with fishing opportunities.
