Description

Discover this detached, natural stone holiday home with private pool that has been beautifully restored. It boasts a location completely out of sight, against a mountain. The authentic building, accessed via a stone entrance, comfortably accommodates a family or 2 couples. In the region you will find several unmissable sites, caves, rivers, children's parks, museums and beautiful villages such as Balazuc or Voguë. You can go canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or take a walk through its distinctive nature. Next to the house is a large terrace with olive trees, lavender and rosemary. From the beautiful swimming pool you can enjoy the wide views of the countryside below. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a nice barbecue.

Moreover, it is secured by a fence and you can enjoy a relaxing time there in complete privacy. At the front of the house there is a nice covered area where you can eat in privacy. At the back, you will find a balcony with breathtaking views of Mont Gerbier des Joncs (source of the Loire), the Ventoux and the Alpine chain. An orientation board there tells you more about the view.

We werden verliefd op het huis door de foto’s op de Belvilla site. We lieten ons overtuigen door de vele positieve reviews. Onze verwachtingen waren dus heel hoog maar deze vakantie in dit prachtige huis heeft onze verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen. Wat was het geweldig. Het huis is superschoon en in alles voorzien. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De eigenaren zijn uiterst vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Naast alle fantastische faciliteiten is dit huis een mooie uitvalsbasis om de mooie Ardèche te ontdekken. De rust, de ruimte, het uitzicht, dit huis krijgt van ons een hele dikke 10!!! We fell in love with the house because of the pictures on the Belvilla site. We were convinced by the many positive reviews. Our expectations were therefore very high, but this holiday in this beautiful house has far exceeded our expectations. It was amazing. The house is super clean and fully equipped. The swimming pool is well maintained. The view is breathtaking. The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful. In addition to all the fantastic facilities, this house is a great base for exploring the beautiful Ardèche. The peace, the space, the view, this house gets a big 10 from us!!! Fantastisch huis! Adembenemende vergezichten. Je kan bij helder weer de Mont Blanc zien liggen (300 km) en ook de Mont Ventoux (170 km) Geweldige eigenaars die alles doen om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Ontvangst met drankje en zelfgemaakt hapje. Voor ons een 10+ !

Fantastic house! Breathtaking views. In clear weather you can see Mont Blanc (300 km) and also Mont Ventoux (170 km) Great owners who do everything to please their guests. Reception with a drink and homemade snack. For us a 10+!

Tolles Haus, alles tip-top sauber und in Schuss. Fantastische Lage, herrliche Aussicht. Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Auch der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter macht diesesHaus und den verbrachten Urlaub aussergewöhnlich schön.

Great house, everything is spotlessly clean and in good condition. Fantastic location, amazing views. There were five of us with a dog and we felt completely comfortable. The very nice and helpful landlord also makes this house and the vacation you spend exceptionally beautiful.
