True architectural beauty on the French Riviera, this very beautiful and spacious architect-designed villa with an atypical design is located at the top of a hill with 360° of breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, overlooking the bay of Cannes. With 500 m² of living space and 12,000 m² of fenced gardens and parks, the villa is suitable for several families or groups of friends. Indeed, the three large suites and the bedroom are independent and each has its own bathroom: direct access, private terrace, privacy, tranquility and amenities. Several lounges, dining rooms, 2 modern equipped kitchens, patio, massage area, audio room, equipped sports room, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, table tennis area, plancha & BBQ, … are accessible to all! In a fenced and closed private domain of more than 300 hectares, due to its location and its position, without any vis-à-vis, the villa offers absolute privacy, tranquility and calm. It is suitable for the most demanding clients, V.I.P and celebrities. The villa is intended only for people who seek rest, tranquility in a calm and exceptional site.

Any film, documentary or other photographic reportage and any party, reception or cocktail party are prohibited. Only people clearly identified in the reservation are authorized to enter the premises. Owners are required by law to register details of all guests staying at the holiday home with the police. The reservation is conditioned by the sending of the complete identity of each guest. This must be sent by e-mail to the owners at least 3 days before the start of the stay: surname and first name, nationality, place and date of birth, address, telephone number, type ID, ID number, authority number and date of deliverance. The holiday home is located on the same land as the owner's house

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr exklusiven, ruhigen und speziellen Lage, mit einem traumhaft schönen Ausblick auf einen schönen Teil der Cote d Ázur, die von Mandelieu-la-Nopoule bis Cannes reicht. Die Villa ist ein Meisterwerk der Architektur mit einzigartigen Fassetten, die das Gebäude mit der Natur zusammenfließen lässt. Die Sauberkeit und die Wasserqualität des Pools waren ausgezeichnet. Der Gastgeber Herr Karchoud legt großen Wert auf sein Anwesen sowie auf die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste! Wir können diese Villa vom Herzen weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die unvergessliche Zeit. Im diesem Sinne sagen wir „Merci beaucoup et au revoir!“ 😊

Wer Wert auf Privatsphäre, perfekte Lage, Service und Sauberkeit legt, ist hier genau richtig. Der Hausbesitzer und seine Frau haben uns pünktlich empfangen, nachdem wir über einen Privatweg und einem weiteren, eigenen, Tor das Haus erreicht haben. Die Villa liegt herrlich mit Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Cannes bis zur Promenade La Croisette. Die Nähe zu Cannes und dem Zentrum von Mandelieu sagen schon alles. Der Garten, welcher nicht einsehbar ist, und vor allem der riesige Pool sind ein Traum und ist für Familien mit mehreren Kindern oder einer größeren Gruppe ideal, da das Haus riesig ist, es ausreichend Auslauf gibt. Das Haus ist perfekt gepflegt und die Hygiene ist einwandfrei. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Strand ist alles innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es war eine herrliche Atmosphäre, wir haben uns super gefühlt und vor allem erholt. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
