Your holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed property with a private pool on the outskirts of Vaison-la-Romaine, known for its Roman archaeological sites and summer festivals. The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining room, a closed, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Upstairs you have two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and WC. Die Vermieterin Marie-Claire wohnt direkt neben an und steht zur Verfügung. Sie ist sehr bemüht einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Eine wirklich sehr nette und höfliche ältere Dame. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen und es ist alles sehr bunt. Der tolle nicht einsehbare Garten ist großartig und der Pool sauber.

This property needs alot of updating. It's very dated. The living room furniture is uncomfortable. There is so much dishes and sheets you can't find anything. Outside no effort is being made to cover the dirt in the front or to the pool. Also the owner requests that you take a shower to wash off the sunscreen before going in the pool, a ridiculous request, and their is no outdoor shower. There is not enough air conditioning either. Way over priced for what you get.
