Description

This is a peaceful 3-bedroom chalet in Beaulieu. It is situated on a slope overlooking the southwest gorges of the Dordogne. It is ideal for families. There is a beautiful lake with a beach just 400m away where you can go boating. At the lake you find a medieval castle, a water park, and adventure park, a restaurant, and a bar. In the shops, markets and hostels of Bort Organs, Beaulieu and Lanobre you will enjoy specialties of the Auvergne. A trip to Clermont Ferrand and Vulcania will be a lovely addition to your trip. There's a restaurant 1km away, and a tennis court and supermarket 5km from here.

The home has cosy reading nook. It has a terrace which offers a great view of the countryside. It also has garden furniture, a bubble bath, and a trampoline for children. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. The nearest train station is 10km away and the nearest airport is 95 km from here.

Het huisje was hartstikke netjes en goed verzorgd. Bij aankomst was het allemaal schoon en de inrichting was heel compleet. Het enige wat wel jammer was, was dat er een grote struiken haag als erfgrens met de buren geplant was, waardoor die haag het enige uitzicht was wat je had. De omgeving is prachtig, maar er is weinig te doen (dat vonden wij niet erg ). Alles bij elkaar een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Goeie ontvangst bij aankomst, chalet is proper en alles is verzorgd, rustig gelegen en dicht bij het meer. De chalet is een ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige Auvergne streek te ontdekken

Good reception on arrival, chalet is clean and everything is taken care of, quiet and close to the lake. The chalet is an ideal base to explore the beautiful Auvergne region

Zeer rustige en uitstekende accomodatie. Mogelijkheden om wandelingen te maken op ieders niveau. Vele meren in de buurt rondwandeling en ook mogelijkheden tot zwemmen. Voor oudere kinderen ook heel wat mogelijkheden in de buurt klimparcour, Kano, Rodelen, zwemmen, canoying, fietsen,... . Het vulkanengebied is zeer uitnodigend. Een prachtige vakantie gehad.

Very quiet and excellent accommodation. Possibilities to make walks on everyone's level. Many lakes nearby circular walk and also opportunities for swimming. For older children also a lot of options nearby climbing parc, canoe, tobogganing, swimming, canoying, cycling, .... The volcanic area is very inviting. Had a wonderful holiday.
