This large family house is ideally located, only 200m from the beautiful beach of Plougasnou Saint-Jean-de-Doigt. From the large plot of land (2,700 m²) and from almost every room of the house you have a fantastic view of the sea. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the centre of the village with its many shops. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a large modern bathroom. The living area is spacious and after a day of swimming or walking you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view in the evening. The eight beaches belonging to the commune of Plougasnou are located at the eastern end of the Bay of Morlaix and are spread over more than 17 km of coastline.
