Drenched in tranquility, this modern 4-bedroom villa is in Katel Stari, Dalmatia, just 100 m from the sea. It has a private swimming pool with a decked sun terrace and sun shower to rejuvenate. The villa is ideal for a large family of 8 members or two smaller families traveling together.
Just a few steps from your villa there is a beautiful pebble beach as well as shops, restaurants, coffee bars, fresh market, pharmacy and much more. You will find everything within walking distance. For a day out, go on to discover the historical monuments of the nearby towns of Trogir and Split.
