Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus machte das Ausladen des Gepäcks einfach. In der Küche gab es alle notwendigen Geräte wie Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, so sparte man Zeit beim Kochen. Die Nähe zum Fährhafen erleichterte An- und Abreise.
