Description
This 2-bedroom apartment with a private garden is situated in Gravedona. Just 1 km from a lake, it is great for both families and groups. There is a shared swimming pool for relaxation.
From this apartment, you can plan an excursion to Gallio Palace and Lake Como Adventure Park. In the evening, you can hit the nearby lake. A forest, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found 1 km away.
Parking is available on the premises and you will find a shared terrace ideal for barbecues. This centrally heated accommodation has a satellite TV and WiFi for entertainment.
A sofa bed is kept in the living room to relax on. There is an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator at your disposal. For the comfort of kids, a separate bed is available. A pet can be kept after paying a small rental fee.
The house is accessible from the parking level, located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019), or via external stairs. The private indoor parking area is accessed from the road above (provincial road) via a short, fairly steep ramp. It is a few steps from the lift to the entrance.
Malpensa Airport is less than a 2-hour drive away.
Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay.
Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot.
Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach herrlich, die Aussicht der absolute Hammer, der Pool wunderschön,die Möglichkeiten unbegrenzt! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr praktisch auch der Lift, für den Gepäcktransport! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend aber auch diskret, sehr angenehm!

What a beautiful and wonderful stay this was! We (couple) were staying here for a week to work remotely (we’re from the Netherlands) and relax. The house and the view are just amazing, it went beyond all our expectations. We had everything we needed to properly work in the house or outside in the private garden. When not working we would take a swim in the beautiful pool or went down into te village.
Just nothing bad to say about this place, it was so perfect. The owners (Stefano and his wife) were also amazing and so nice. Helpful, genuinely interested and always in for a talk. We also got some fresh tomatoes and basilicum from their garden. Thank you!!
Would recommend this place to anyone!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft und ganz tolle Vermieter. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Stefano und seiner Familie. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen. Die steile Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber einmal gemeistert, war es danach kein Problem mehr. Die Unterkunft besticht mit ihrem einmaligen Panorama und einem schönen Pool. Da es in unserer Woche noch recht frisch war, haben wir diesen aber nur sporadisch genutzt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder hierher.
